"Pay-As-You-Go"

A great option for customers that prefer service on an as-needed basis. With our PAYG plan, you get snow removal services for your driveway and one primary entrance walkway at a fair price, only when you want it.
*Starting price reflects a straight driveway, paved with asphalt, measuring roughly 25 feet wide by 50 feet long.

1. Pay-As-You-Go
We will automatically provide snow clearing services whenever snow accumulation reaches 3 inches at your property. We focus on clearing your driveway and one primary entrance walkway to ensure you can get in and out safely.
Note: Driveways must be staked in order for service to take place. You can stake your driveway yourself or we can install stakes for an additional $25 fee.
Rate: You will be billed a flat fee per visit any time service is requested. Payment must be received in full prior to service beginning.
Timing: We aim to have your first clearing completed by 8:00AM for overnight storms.
2. Ice Management (Optional Add-On)
To keep your property as safe as possible, we will spread Safe Step 6300 Pet Safe de-icer on your driveway and one primary entrance walkway. This is an optional service and is not included in the standard snow removal rate. You can select from the following:
Automatic Service: Treat all cleared areas with de-icer immediately after every plow.
On-Call Only: Only apply de-icer when I specifically text or call to request it (useful for freezing rain or ice storms).
Rate: Ice management is billed at an additional $25 per application.
3. Safety & Liability Note Mechanical plowing and shoveling are designed to remove snow accumulation, but it cannot guarantee a slip-free surface. If the Optional Ice Management is not selected, the homeowner assumes all responsibility for monitoring, treating, and maintaining the safety of all surfaces.
"The Bundle"
Starting at $400.00
A great option for customers that anticipate needing service over a longer period of time but don’t want to deal with the hassle of getting their property scheduled and making sure payment is sent prior to every visit. With “The Bundle” you get 5 visits at a discounted rate compared to the PAYG plan as well as priority over PAYG customers. Complimentary driveway stakes are also included.

1. “The Bundle”: This contract serves as a “Per-Visit Bundle” for snow removal at a discounted rate. We will automatically clear your driveway and one primary entrance walkway whenever snow accumulation reaches the 3-inch trigger.
Note: Driveways must be staked in order for service to take place. Driveway stakes are complimentary with this contract.
The Bundle: Covers a total of 5 snow clearing visits at a discounted rate when compared to the PAYG plan.
Exceeding the Limit: Should the season require more than your allotted visits, any additional visits will be billed at a "service-only" rate of 20% of your “The Bundle” contract amount, or you may choose to purchase an additional bundle.
Unused Visits: Unused visits may be refunded at the sole discretion of Spinnaker Outdoor Services. You may also choose to rollover up to 2 unused visits toward the next season.

"The Insurance Policy"
Starting at $800.00
For customers that just want to know they are covered whenever a storm rolls in. Customers paying for “The Insurance Policy” seasonal snow removal contract receive priority service above our other two plans. Complimentary driveway stakes are also included.

1. “The Insurance Policy”: This contract serves as a season contract for service from January 1 to April 26, 2026. We will automatically clear your driveway and one primary entrance walkway whenever snow accumulation reaches the 3-inch trigger.
Note: Driveways must be staked in order for service to take place. Driveway stakes are complimentary with this contract.
The Insurance Policy: Covers 2 service visits for up to 6” of snow in a single event, all season long.
Major Storm/Blizzard Events: Major snow or blizzard events with anticipated snowfall greater than 6” may require more than 2 service visits and will be billed at an additional $75 per visit.
Timing: We aim to have your first clearing completed by 8:00 AM for overnight storms.

Emergency Snow Removal Rate
This rate is for customers not already on a signed contract and goes into effect after snow starts to fall during any given storm event.
Starting at $175 for plowing only of a 25’ by 50’ straight, paved driveway.
Snow blowing of walkways is $100 and covers walkways up to 25 feet from the main property entryway.
De-icing applications start at $50 for walkways and $100 for driveways.
